The Hammer Ceremony

By Matt K, Kooler's Owner

A pane of glass smashed into a spiderweb of cracks, a word written across it in orange marker now broken apart, three men in Kooler green looking on from behind it
He stages the glass. They swing it.

We do this to honor the trade and the work it takes to commit to decisions.

Look, we run a company with high standards. I don't hire just anyone, and I rarely hire anyone with experience.

It's not to dog on others. There are simply bad habits that are hard to train out.

We hire for great humans first and foremost. I need to be able to trust those I send to your home in my home first. If I can trust my team with my family – I can then send em.

And this hammer ceremony notes a time where the Kraftsman or Kraftswoman made a definitive decision to commit.

It's unarguable. That's what I love about glass. It either is or it isn't.

And I can stage the glass, but they swing the hammer. They decide who they move into. They decide to continue learning. That's a big difference, and why you chose Kooler.

Here to serve.

The easiest way to keep a Kraftsman close is the Golden Key Klub. It's $188 a year, one payment. Members get priority scheduling, an annual tune-up, and no trip or diagnostic fee.
