Why garage doors fail in Fruita
Fifteen minutes west of the shop on 25 Road, and the wind coming off the Monument does most of the damage out here. It finds the bottom seal first. The rubber goes stiff, then it curls away from the concrete, then there is daylight under a closed door and the floor stops staying dry. Jamb seals go the same way, a season or two behind.
